We picked up Snoopy in Charlotte from my sister on Friday and by Sunday afternoon we were all loaded and ready to go. We held a small Bon Voyage Wine and Cheese Party to provide a tour of Snoopy to folks willing to drive out to Treyburn on a lark.

We had a great time and enjoyed celebrating our upcoming venture with our friends. For those of you who were unable to make it this post will share with you images of Snoopy and of the party set up so you can see what a great opportunity you missed! Monday morning we are FINALLY able to hit the road. Our first destination is the Chippoke Plantation State Park in Virginia across the river from Jamestown.
